On April 20th, 2017 the 5th research and education reading of young scientists, graduate students in foreign languages ??«The 21st Century Challenges in Education and Science» was held at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university. |
From April 18 th to 21 th , 2017 the conference of staff and students of the Faculty of Technical Systems and Energy Efficient Technologies "Modern Technologies in Industrial Engineering" was held at Sumy State University. The report "Implementation of the European concept of solid waste management: the experience of the EU to Ukraine" was presented by student A. Falco under the direction of O. Melnyk.
The report was prepared in the framework of the International Grant Programme Jean Monnet Module « Implementing the strategy of environmental security: integration of European experience » 562284-EPP-1-2015-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE.

From 18 to 25 November 2016 in Lodz City (Poland), at the University of Medical and Social Sciences (WSEZiNS) training named "Tools of support the mobility of scientists in EU financial perspective for 2014-2020" was carrie out, it was organized by Foundation of Central European Academy Studies and Certification (CEASC). This foundation led by Mykola Smolinsky organizes the educational projects targeted for representatives of Ukrainian academic community,which are designed to optimize the process of transition of the Ukrainian scientists and teachers to the effective activity within EU programs. |

December 14 in Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University, on the basis of preschool faculty within grant programme Erasmus+, Jean Monnet direction took place Regional Scientific Seminar «The European experience of ecological education in Ukraine». The preschool teachers from our kindergartens and from the regional kindergartens, the teachers from Putyvl College, undergraduate students and all interested in the problem of environmental education and environmental safety in Ukraine took part in it. |

It is well known that the life quality is determined by a set of material, spiritual, social, demographic, environmental components. In terms of environmental crisis the quality of life begins to decline. That is why, in order to preserve the society and provide a higher level of environmental safety it is necessary to view traditional priorities of human activity which is to be greening. Greening – is the spreading of ecological principles and approaches to Natural and Art sciences, the manufacturing processes and social phenomena. In Ukraine, we stand at the beginning of this important process. To accelerate this processes it is necessary to the study and promote the same experience of neighboring countries, Poland in particular, which is the member of the European Union. Every citizen of the European community concerns with conscious and responsibility for all the consequences of their own activities in the environment. The result of this is the formation of a high level of environmental culture of the population and its environmental education. |
