The analysis of EU systemic environmental management attributes: environmental policy (its state and forming), EU environmental programs, strategic action plans.

EU institutions in the environmental field: the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council and the European Environment Agency (EEA), the European environmental information and observations network (EEION).

EU environmental law

The EU environmental law principles, environmental violations and legal responsibility.

Analysis of the EU framework legislation that is aimed at ensuring a high level of environmental protection, regulating the climate change prevention; legal regime for environmental protection, areas and objects requiring special protection; preserving and protecting biodiversity; legal regulating hazard objects and creating a system of preventing major industrial accidents; regulating environmentally hazardous (waste) activity.

International organizations on protecting the environment

The intergovernmental environmental organizations. The international non-governmental environmental organizations institutional, financial and administrative capacity (UNO, IAEA, WHO, IMO, Council of Europe, EEA, etc.). The intergovernmental European programs monitoring the state of the environment and preventing global environmental crisis.

International non-governmental environmental organizations. The role of international non-governmental organizations towards the formation of sustainable environmental management and sustainable development in the EU. The activities of international NGOs, non-government agencies, foundations (IUCN, GPI, WWF, WSPA, the EEA Club of Rome, etc.) on preserving species diversity and wildlife, climate change problems, promoting environmental information among the general public.
