October 1^st, 2016 teaching the special course "Implementing environmental safety strategy: European experience integration" was started. Students of Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university have been able to get the opportunity to gain knowledge on the questions of ecological policy, ecological education and international environmental protection activity of EU for two years.

In April 2016 in the framework of international Erasmus+ Module Jean Monnet grant project "Implementing the environmental security strategy: European experience integration" 562,284-EPP-1-2015-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE a special course was read by an assistant professor Inna Korenyeva to distance studying undergraduate students majoring at "Biology". The course teaching made it possible to increase students’ responsibility level for preserving the environment for the benefit of future generations and to increase the information on the environment and the information of environmental direction.

On May 1-4, 2016 in the frameworks of Erasmus+ grant program a lecture on “Implementing the environmental security strategy: the European Union experience integration” was read by a Pedagogical science candidate, an assistant professor, dean on preschool education department of Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university L. Zahorodnya for students of 1-4 courses majoring at “Preschool education” of V.H.Korolenko Poltava national pedagogical university.

An electronic learning digital course on "Implementing the environmental security strategy: European experience integration" that is funded by the European Commision was created at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university. Distance course includes: the curriculum, lecture and practical material, legal documents, books and manuals and links to useful online resources for self-preparation. On the course page, students can independently check their knowledge on the EU environmental safety while passing test assignments. After the course is completed, students, who showed positive test results, receive a certificate of the European training module participant on the topic "Implementing the environmental security strategy: the European experience integration " 562,284-EPP-1-2015-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE.
